Celebrate the turning of the season in true romantasy fashion — with candlelight, art, and a touch of magic. This is our final event of the year, and we’re filling it with cozy luxury, creativity, and connection.

• Lavish grazing table by local caterers (charcuterie, seasonal sweets, and vegetarian options).

• One welcome drink – your choice of mulled cider, hot cocoa, or sparkling mocktail.

• Live guest painting — watch a local artist bring a romantasy-inspired winter scene to life throughout the evening.

🕯️ Programming

6:00–6:30 PM – Check-in, welcome drink, grazing table opens. Ambient music begins.
6:30–7:15 PM – Vendor browsing, live painting begins.
7:15–7:30 PM – Solstice Toast & Raffle #1.
7:30–8:15 PM – Mingle, shop, enjoy dessert and drinks. Cozy photo nook opens.
8:15–8:45 PM – “Books for the Longest Night” spotlight — staff picks for dark romance, witchy tales, and winter reads. Raffle #2.
8:45–9:00 PM – Final shopping push, thank-yous, set New Year intentions on Wall
